With this form, you can request an appointment at the Foreigners' Registration Office to submit a declaration of commitment (Verpflichtungserklärung).

Once the documents have been received and reviewed, you—or the person submitting the declaration of commitment—will be assigned an appointment.
The fee for submitting the declaration of commitment is €29.00 (payable by debit card or in cash).
